Howard Feibus
Howard Feibus (Dr. Feibus) is a co-founder of Innoventive Power. Howard started the load curtailment business for Electrotek in 2000, several months before special case resources were traded in New York State . He was the program manager for the first pilot load curtailment project, which was sponsored by NYSERDA in 2000. Howard has over thirty years of experience in electric utility related research, development, electric power project development, and management of energy-related technologies and systems. He has held managerial and technical positions with Bell Telephone Laboratories, Consolidated Edison Company of New York , Energy Research & Development Administration, Electrotek Concepts, Inc. and is a former Deputy Secretary of Energy, under President William Clinton's administration.
During his career he provided the resources to develop the technology to inter-connect, monitor, dispatch and communicate with widely dispersed DG units, and to develop the tools to evaluate the economic potential of implementing specific projects and to market the value via the wholesale markets for capacity and energy administered by the NYISO and PJM Interconnection.
Craig Gruber
Mr. Gruber is a co-founder of Innoventive Power and has been working in the Electric Power business for over ten years. Presently as General Manager at Innoventive he manages a load curtailment business that has grown since its inception. Mr. Gruber participates in several NYISO working groups. Prior to working at Innoventive Mr. Gruber worked at Electrotek Concepts, an electric power consulting company. Mr. Gruber managed and was responsible for Electrotek’s Load curtailment Business. Mr. Gruber has held technical and managerial positions at several technology companies in the medical and electric power fields including General Manager at Electrotek Concepts, Vice President of Engineering at Dranetz-BMI and Director of Engineering at Capintec Inc. a medical instrumentation company.
Mr. Gruber has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
